The combined action of PCC shades and the Cream Developer delivers optimised colour results and radiant shine, even on coarse hair. The colour pigments develop deep down into the hair fibre to ensure outstanding, long-lasting colour retention, whilst a superior detangling and smoothing effect is achieved thanks to special care ingredients, enhancing fresh, vivid colours.

How to use
For Permanent Colouration with PCC: For tone-on-tone, darkening, white hair coverage and 1 level of lift, use Cream Developer 6%/20 Vol. For refreshing slightly-faded lengths and ends, use Cream Developer 2%/7 Vol. For 2 to 3 levels of lift, use Cream Developer 9%/30 Vol. For Blonding Services : For Blonde Expert Lightener, use Cream Developer 2%/7 Vol., 6%/20 Vol. or 9%/30 Vol., avoiding usage on the scalp. For Ultra Cool Booster mixed with Lightener, use Cream Developer 2%/7 Vol. on depth 7.0 and 6.0, 6%/20 Vol. on depth 7.0 and 6.0 and 9% /30 Vol. on depth 5.0 to 3.0, avoiding usage on the scalp. For Ultra Lift Booster mixed with Highlift 1000.0, use Cream Developer 9%/30 Vol. For Highlift shades, use Cream Developer 9%/30 Vol. for 3-4 levels of lift or 12%/40 Vol. for 4-5 levels of lift. For Pastel shades, use Cream Developer 2%/7 Vol. on lightened hair, 6%/20 Vol. on virgin hair and 12%/40 Vol. only when mixed 1:1 with Special Blonde 1000. For Rapid Services with XpressColor: For colouring darker or refreshing lengths and ends, use Cream Developer 2%/7 Vol. For tone-on-tone and up to 1 lift level, use Cream Developer 6%/20Vol. For coverage shades (.00) and up to 2 levels of lift, use Cream Developer 9%/30Vol. Follow the instructions for use of the desired hair colour shade.
Warnings
